Welcome to Community Healthcare Users Group, also known as CHUG.
There are many ways to get involved, connect with users and find answers to your questions.
To get you started we have highlighted several topics below.
Do you have questions? We have answers! The forum section is an online discussion where users can hold conversations in the form of posted messages. Want to know how to use the product better, have an issue you need assistance with, or looking for an encounter form? Our users have joined together to be a “help desk”, to share knowledge, forms and reports, allowing you to utilize your product better. There are several topics available on the forum with places to comment and ask questions.
We have two national conferences per year, allowing users to join together for collaboration and networking. For upcoming conference information, check out the conference page. From there you can submit a presentation or review the upcoming conference agenda. If you are new to our conferences, check out our news section for information about being a conference “Newbie”.
AthenaHealth Service Portal
The athenahealth Service Portal is where you will log issues that you are having with your software, get access to Centricity documentation, updates on the latest versions, make enhancement requests, see past webinars and communicate with athenahealth. You can sign up for automatic email updates to keep better informed on what is going on.
We strive to keep you up to date on the latest news and happenings on a wide variety of topics ranging from best practices to National Healthcare news. If you have an interest in writing an article for the news section, please contact the marketing team at [email protected]
Where are other users? What about other specialist groups? The “CHUG Members” page can help you get in touch with users and specialty groups in your area. Find out if there is a local user group that you can connect with.
