I think there used to be a duplicate chart report for EMR 9.5 on the Knowledge Bank but it is not longer available. I called GE and they don't have it either. Does anyone have a report for this that I can have? Thank you!

Duplicate Patients by SSN or Full Name?

Duplicate charts by patient name and DOB would be nice. I don't think SS# works because patients can decline this.

I have the following reports if anyone needs them:
1. Dup by Pt FULLNAME and DOB
2. Dup by Pt NAME
3. Dup by NAME and DOB
4. SSN
