I have a request to be able to generate a superbill from within CPS so that we don't have to purchase the expensive pre-printed versions but also to alleviate the need to set margins within CPS and deal with printer issues related to this process. I know the report is generated from CPS as a Crystal Report so I am not sure if the "official" superbill can be generated this way.
I suppose this could be a 3rd party add-on of a sort, where you print to a fake printer that takes the data from CPS, adds in the empty superbill printing lines, etc then merges it to end up with a perfect superbill on blank paper every time.

It can be done, we developed a custom superbill for our Dental staff at one point. Let me know what questions you had and I'm happy to help or give you an example to start from.
