When we go to look-up a Pharmacy by zip code in 12.0.3, we get that city plus about 25 other cities in various states. Any idea on how to fix this?

I've noticed this as well.
It would appear that the weird entries are all "mail order" pharmacies. You could try changing the "Pharmacy Type" from "all" to "retail online" and see how that affects your search.
