We are currently on CPS 12.0.13, does anyone know of a report we could run to check front desk staff productivity by registration. Basically, how many patients each front desk staff person registers?

NOTE: I believe I read the question wrong when I wrote my original response. Registration and Scheduling are different, but the report I have for the scheduler could be easily adapted for Registration.
I have one, but there are some important things to consider about reports based on the Scheduler (appointments table) within Centricity.
When an appointment is "moved," the original appointment record is deleted and a new appointment record is added. That will make reconciling Appointments scheduled with actual patient visits difficult. Also, running the report two different days for the same time period can produce different results because of the effect that "moved" appointments have on the table data. If you are using such a report to check the productivity of your schedulers, you must be aware that the data will change from day to day for prior days, and that the overall trend over many days should be reviewed and not specific days or short periods.
Do you want the report to count canceled (cancelled for us old timers) appointments? Do you want the report to include recalls? Also, there are items on the scheduler that are not patient related such as blocked time. My report excludes those entries, but updating block time entries also takes time to complete.
