Yeah, we have it as a checkbox tied to the obsterm "PTDECLINECVS"

Is there anyway to see if a patient has declined a cvs after the ov note is signed. I have one clinic who create the cvs after the provider signs and there doesn't seem to be a way to tell they said they didn't want it so they are sending out all of them regardless.
