CCC Assessment Functions

Hello All,

Does anyone know where the CCC assessment functions are stored? Specifically, ccc_add_assess() and ccc_view_assess()? I am trying to build a letter using the last patient assessment and want to make sure I can pull the assessment comment field. I've seen some examples using these two functions here, but it's unclear what parameters they take and what they mean. I wanted to look at the function.

The functions are in the CCC-fndef8.ccc file in the CCC directory.
