Greetings,
Is anyone experiencing an issue in 12.3 SP2 where a user enters a vaccine, selects "Done," then receives a CPS pop up saying Error Code -99?
It is putting the vaccine order in the orders module, but it is not documenting the vaccine in the Immunization Management form nor on the translation of the note.

Sounds like something is wrong in the MEL code for that HTML Form. The Help file in CPS says that a -99 code is an error for the IMMUN_ADD function.
Your best first step would be to re-import the CCC Basic files into your system, and just do the HTML content (steps 3 and 4). Do you know what version of the Immunization Form and CCC you are using?
