The documentation for PRESCRIB table in the CEMR 12.3 data model specifies 4 fields that link to users:
PVID - which has no documentation
USRID - which is "the user who initially created the prescription"
PUBUSER - "the user who signed the prescription" but by signed seems to mean the name of the person who faxed a prescription.
SUPERVISIONPROV - Stores the supervising provider for a user at the time of signing a controlled substance.
NONE of these fields link to the provider listed in the text translation of the Prescriptions form. Where is the "Authorized by" user stored in the database?

The Data Dictionary I have defines the PVID in the PRESCRIB table as "the ID of the responsible provider of this prescription, not necessarily the user who created this row. The value is the Provider's PVID in the USRINFO table.
