Good Morning,
I was wondering if there are any GE EMR 9.12 clients out there that uses the PRAPARE form? If so, can you please let me know the positive and negative impact it has after it's been installed? Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

I installed it on our CPS server because we thought it would be great to collect the data. The first thing we realized after we installed the form was the time involved and then addressing the needs that were marked. We decided till will had a way to track referrals to community services and their follow up it would not do anything for us or our patients and take a lot of uncompensated time. Their follow up with patient was where we could not figure out how to keep track and follow up.
