Hello,
I am looking to pull a report in SQL for these following columns, Patient Name, Date of Service, MRN, CPT, Modifier, ICD, Provider Name, Insurance, Cost (Charges) and Ordering Physician for YTD. Any help on this would be appreciated. We are on CPS 12.0.12. Thanks!

Do you have Centricity Analytics? if so, it's an easy pull. In the dB there are views configured already. I believe the one you need is called vr payments.

Hi Sharan,
If you don't have Centricity Analytics and are still looking for a report, I may have one for you. Just a couple questions...
1.) For ordering physician - Do you have non-billable providers set up to bill out under a supervising physician on the claim or are you needing to link back to the chart document/order to determine ordering physician?
2.) For Insurance - Are you just looking for primary insurance carrier on the claim or primary, secondary, and tertiary?

We do have some Residents who bill under a Supervising Physician, And also I only need the Primary Carrier on the Claim. Thanks.
