Has anyone figured out a good way to add providers direct address from the Kryptiq portal to the "electronic address" field for service providers in EMR? I have contacted Surescripts to request a list of all direct addresses in my area and they cannot provide me a list (even though they obviously have one). I then contacted my VAR -they deny having a list. I have opened tickets with GE on 2 occasions only to be told there is no way to directly export these addresses from the portal address book. To manually copy each address while hovering over the providers name in the Kryptiq portal is quite tedious. Am I missing something?

We would be very interested in this as well. As you know you can search by miles and get a list but that is very labor intensive. I was given the task last summer to contact some of our larger hospital systems in our area. We were lucky that one of the largest had a "generic direct address" that we could assign to all of their providers. Otherwise we only had one site that gave us a list of all of theirs after we signed our names in blood. Most we had no response back from and a few gave us their e-mail address and had no idea what a direct address was.

Just got off the phone with GE -they do not have the addresses, however we did a conference call with SureScripts and they opened a ticket and I should have a excel list of Central Texas providers later today or Monday. Just need to be persistant as the GE folks basically told me I likely could not get a list from SureScripts so I asked if we could conference call SureScripts and the answer was an immediate "yes we can provide that for you" from the SureScripts support person. SureScripts #866-906-6300 opt 2,3 Perhaps you can bypass and call them directly to request the list.

We would greatly appreciate the list or a means of obtaining that list. We were faced with the same brick walls from GE.
