Has anyone managed to code a calculation for ASCVD risk? Currently I have a button on our forms that will launch the web-based calculator, but I would like to incorporate the entire calculation into an encounter form. Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated!

I created a script that can be copied directly into a Text Component or History View. This auto-calculates the ASCVD score without any user input. You may have to change some of the OBS terms depending on how cholesterol results map in your particular setting.
