We are in the implementation process with a go live date right after the new year. We purchased the embedded Crystal Reports to customize a superbill. We were told that all we should have to do is edit a superbill that already exists in Centricity. When I import the report and then open in design view I get an error that field is not found. I can see the data fields but even after I only add text fields it won't preview. When I test it I receive a IDisptch error. I feel like I'm missing a step but not sure what it is. Does anyone have any ideas?
