Is anyone out there doing a seperate x-ray report from the office visit note? If so how are you going about this? Attaching it to an obsterm and then printing a letter? Beginning a new encounter update?

Hi Amy, I know it has been some time since you posted this, but how is your practice handling these today? Is there any easier way than the obsterm/letter option or append and entering it into a separate document manually?

Hi Bree, I am actually no longer at an orthopedic practice so not sure how this was ever handled. Sorry!
