Can anyone give me instructions on how to use a crystal report that I got from one of you smart CHUG people?? We just found out that we were using an old risk factors form and our smoking OBS-quit, never etc are not correct. I fixed the risk factors form and I found a report on CHUG "IncorrectSmokingStatusReport.rpt" but I don't know how to run it in my system. We do have a crystal reports license but I have not been trained in it.
