Does anyone have the Centricity algorithms for the CQR metrics, or know where they can be accessed?

I asked that question and was told that it was proprietary information... I then asked to speak to their manager... I was placed on hold for 30+minutes before I hung up. GE support has become a joke. I feel as though we are on our own.
