Has anyone used a Custom Command or Link to open OnBase Patient Window? Or any other URL using a patient ID?
We tried a command with a hardcoded patient ID and it worked, but as a Link, same hardcoded patient ID and it doesn't work. Is this a bug? Thought I'd check here before calling GE. We'd like the command/link to only be available in the patient chart.

We do have one with a url, here is the syntax we use, no quotes or anything else
https://www.google.com/pid={PATIENT.PATIENTID}
