Hey folks. I am attempting to add some templates to our Dermatology HPI form. However, while everything seems to be loading properly, the text field is blank. When we click on the template to add the text, nothing happens.
Here is my code: ccc_Derm_HPI_exec("Accutane Follow up^ccc_hpi_template_accutanefu()~AT_END^") .
I added this to the "CCC-HPI-Templates.rtf" file. The template itself is somewhat long at 164 words. I am not sure where the issue is. Any help would be appreciated. We have a new Dr and he is requesting lots of templates be built for him.

We have a Dermatology HPI template. I added the specific information requested by the Doctor by using the CCC-HPI-Specialty Specific Text File Editor. I can send it to you if you'd like.
