Has anyone applied SP3 to EMR 9.5 yet? Did it break anything? Did it improve crashes, slowness issues?

We currently have 9.5.1 and are experiencing about 20 crashes perday, we are looking at applying SP3. Has anyone else had this experience and did it help or resolve when you applied SP3
