Hello,
We're in the process of reviewing our Hepatitis C workflows for patients who need treatment. The authorization process is our biggest headache. The amount of time it takes to gather information, complete forms, process appeals, etc. is just crazy.

I'm wondering if anyone has any shortcuts or tricks they've found in CPS to help with this? Do you have policies/propcedures that help vs. EMR options? We've got an enrollment form we use, worked out some letters, but it never hurts to see if anyone has found a way to get over some of these road bumps easier.
