Hospital Charges after hours/weekend

We are trying to find the best workflow for our specialty providers for documenting charges after hours and on the weekends. Getting into Centricity from the hospital is very cumbersome and the providers are finding it difficult.

Any suggestions?

we use 3rd party software pMDSoft, works great
