How do we attach a .DLG to a Question

I am very sorry for the silly post... but I am trying to submit a question and also attach a .DLG file. I am using the "Media" link and when the .dlg is selected I get "ERROR: HTTP Error".

Could someone please explain how we attach a .dlg?
