Does anybody have information on Patient Self Service Check-In and Registration, etc? I have looked at PatientWorks and would like to compare other products.

We looked at the vendors at CHUG this spring and plan to use http://www.healthesignatures.com

They are able to customize the forms extensively and data flows directly to PM and EMR. It's slick
