Reason for Problem Removal

Does anyone know where this is populated from? One of my Providers is insisting that before we went to VS 12 that under reason for removal was an option for correction.

No idea where it is coming from but your Provider is correct. You could also insert in a field a reason for removal. I just assumed this box changed with the upgrade to CPS 12.
