I have a provider who wants to have a list of 75-100 labs grouped into categories auto populate his office note. He also wants the option to remove a group if needed. For example, he has a group of diabetic labs, endocrine labs, cbc, cmp, and ua. He would like to be able to exclude the endocrine group if he wants. I have the labs in data fields with each individual obs, but maybe their is a better way to do this? He doesn't like the test management form or any other forms. I have attached the form he is using if anyone wants to see what I mean. I don't have all the labs in yet. Also, he is very particular that the information in the forms stay in this order.
Thanks in advance for any ideas or thoughts.

Created a check box at the top of each section that if checked, it will not allow the values to translate.
Here is the your form with an example. I modified the CBC section
Thank you! One more issue, he had me modify the form so that each section of labs he wants is in one data display. I did it the only way I know how, how would I write the statement when it is set up this way? I used a MEL expression to display it and the translation is the same to populate the chart note.
I really appreciate you taking the time to help! Let me know if I can ever do anything for you, such as pass along forms or anything!
Nevermind! I used the same code and modified it with all obs and it worked! Thank you very much!
Glad to help. If you need anything else, please let me know.
