We have created this new phone note form tha has the user work throught SBAR as they take calls. When we load this form into the EMR it leave a huge space between the reason for contact and anything else that you add to the form. I have tried everything including removing the text and print translation on the items that are for display to the user only. I can't figure out how to attach the .dlg file to this post but if anyone is willing to take a look let me know and I can send you the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
