Hello, our providers are all stuck in the dark ages of dictating all of their notes. Recently, last week, we took on a new provider who is every interested in using forms and templates in our EHR to do his dictations, great! I am finishing up the VFE course so now I have just a very basic understanding.
My question is, does anyone have any post op forms they would be willing to share so I can get my feet wet with a good base? Thanks in advance.
Scott
What kind of post-op forms are you looking for?
Anything orthopedic related. A knee, shoulder, anything to get me started.
I have one that someone created before I started. It's fairly basic but maybe it will help. I'm new to this forum. How do I upload the CKT file?
I'm not quite sure. [email protected] is my email.
Were you guys able to upload the ckt file?
No i'm still not entirely sure of how to post files to download
To upload…
Type sample message.
next type a filename.
then highlight the filename and the chain-link will be visible on the top bar.
click on it
new page opens = Insert/Edit Link
next to the space for link URL is an image (camera and magnifying glass?)
while on the Upload tab, you can BROWSE to a file and UPLOAD
Next select the Browse tab, and you should see the file
Select it
Then, back on the Insert/Edit Link screen, click Update
I hope that I got all the steps.
man, all those steps just went out the window, didn't they
